Warranty

GDT Supply USA stands behind the performance and reliability of its products. All dental implants are covered by a lifetime warranty, and all implant prosthetic components are covered by a 10-year warranty. Each item is traceable by reference and batch number.

Scope of Warranty

  • Applies to GDT Supply products purchased through authorized channels and used as intended per the manufacturer’s Instructions for Use (IFU).
  • Covers defects in materials or workmanship and products that do not meet stated quality/performance standards.
  • Remedy is replacement of the affected product at no additional charge.

Exclusions

  • Immediate restorations or provisional components.
  • Consumables such as inserts and silicone caps.
  • Damage due to physical trauma, accidents, misuse, modification, or medical malpractice.
  • Failures related to contraindications (e.g., alcoholism, diabetes, smoking, drug addiction) or inadequate oral hygiene.
  • Consequential costs (e.g., laboratory fees, clinical or dental treatment expenses).

Eligibility Conditions

  • Products must be used with proper surgical/prosthetic techniques and compatible tools per IFU.
  • Patient maintenance consistent with accepted oral-hygiene standards.
  • Return of the failed product and related components for evaluation within 60 days of the event.
  • Include relevant documentation (e.g., pre- and post-operative radiographs for implant claims).

  2. Request and complete the Product Replacement Form.
  3. Return the failed product and all related parts for evaluation (shipping instructions will be provided).

If the claim is approved, a replacement product will be issued at no charge. Reimbursement is not provided for labor, treatment, or third-party costs.

Warranty Term

  • Dental Implants: Lifetime warranty.
  • Implant Prosthetics: 10-year warranty from the date of delivery.
  • Any misuse or violation of these terms voids the warranty.
